Return Policy
At Hero Speed Shop, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. We will not accept merchandise after 30 days.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are worn, altered, washed, stained, damaged, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt, invoice, order number, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Misc: Returns will only be accepted with an RMA number. All merchandise sold on sale is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items or items purchased with a discount code or coupon.

Gift cards.

Custom or personalized items (jersey/race numbers/last name/etc.)
3. Return Process

Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@herodesignsusa.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA), shipping label, and instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping: Your first return/exchange is free. All subsequent returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs are non-refundable. HERO SPEED SHOP uses USPS as its primary shipping provider.
4. Refunds

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective in manufacturing or damaged due to shipping or circumstances outside of the purchasers control. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@herodesignsusa.com
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
